Please use this information to determine if your home is considered “Pivotal” or “Contributing” to the historic charm of our lovely city. All homes between Cedar and Swift streets are part of the historic district of Alma. If your home is considered “Pivotal” or “Contributing” all building permits will need to go before the Historic Preservation Committee for approval.
